Mike Skauge
Mike Skauge has been in the home inspection business for 20 years and he has inspected thousand of
homes. He started his career in construction as a carpenter and later became a general contractor. He spent
several years repairing and restoring some of Milwaukee’s finest homes. Mike’s expertise in
old construction is a favorite aspect for many clients. Mike inspects new and old construction, residential and commercial.
Mike is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors and holds the
designation of Master Inspector through the Great Lakes Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Mike
is credentialed by the State of Wisconsin for Home Inspections and Rental Weatherization Inspections.
Roger
Heinichen
Roger Heinichen has been inspecting homes for 17 years and
has inspected thousand of homes. Roger’s background is in steel building construction and he has
a degree in civil technologies with a focus on structural function. Roger also inspects new and old residential
and commercial construction. Roger is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, Wisconsin Association
of Home Inspectors and holds the designation of Inspector By Review through the Great Lakes Chapter of the American Society
of Home Inspectors. Roger is credentialed by the State of Wisconsin for Home Inspections, UDC inspections,
Commercial Inspections and Rental Weatherization Inspections.
